What is the installation process? ▾
Sky Inside products have been carefully designed with easy installation in mind. They can be fitted to a variety of surfaces easily and quickly.
Can I choose a bespoke design? ▾
Yes, our eye-catching windows can be fully customised with your choice of size, casement, and unique digital image. You can even display company information, directions, or a family photograph.
What is the warranty on your products? ▾
Feature ceilings have a 5-year warranty, while Living Skies™ and windows have a minimum 3-year warranty.
Can I use a standard TV mount on my feature ceiling? ▾
No, we don’t recommend using a standard TV mount for your sky ceiling or virtual skylight. A standard mount is insufficient for a downward facing screen and using one for this purpose can cause catastrophic failure, damage and injury.

Can I display my own photos or video content? ▾
Yes, you can display the photos and video content of your choosing. Videos or pictures will need to be checked to make sure the quality is on par with our display capabilities, but if the quality is high, we can program your digital screen at no extra cost.
Can I change the image displayed on my digital window? ▾
Unfortunately, you can’t change the display on feature ceilings once they’re installed but Living Skies™ or windows can include new scenes at an additional cost with a new license.
Do I have to pay VAT? ▾
No - as our products are classified as medical equipment there is no vat to pay as long as we receive the exemption letter from yourselves for the goods.
Can you see any reflections ▾
No - Unlike our competitors our products are non-reflective to meet patient dignity requirements
